The name "Ceres Certifications, International", Ceres, CCI, any variation of "Ceres Certifications, International", its trademark, logo, product names or creative products are the property of Ceres Certifications, International, Inc., and its rightful owner. These names, logos, trademarks and other materials produced by "Ceres Certifications, International" are intended only for the use of "Ceres Certifications, International". Neither shall any addressee forward, print, copy, or otherwise reproduce these names, logos or materials in any manner that references, reflects, impresses, copies, deceives or otherwise uses for intentions other than those of "Ceres Certifications, International" and by "Ceres Certifications, International". 

The use of the names listed herein or anything that resembles these names, logos, trademark and creative work or not covered herein, shall be only under "Ceres Certifications, International" specific use policies and the specific written permission of both the Lead Program Manager and President of the Corporation on proper letterhead, notarized and Return Receipt Requested postmarked USA mail." 

Ceres Certifications, International does not allow the use of its name, variations of its name, logos, trademarks or materials outside of its corporate body. All infringements shall be identified and prosecuted on the first violation of the above statement.
