From my first phone call to CCI, years ago through today, has always been a pleasure. The CCI staff is knowledgeable in all aspect of Food Safety. They are always polite, and so helpful scheduling audits through Azzule which is not always user friendly. CCI is excellent at communicating. As a customer I always know where we stand prior to the audits. We always know in advance what scheme we will be audited against, who our auditor will be, time and date they will arrive and to expect a phone call from the Auditor to confirm our appointment time and meeting place. The process is seamless.

I would recommend CCI to any Grower or Facility looking for a fair audit and any Company that is looking for a dedicated team should look at CCI first.  I would score CCI a 10 in Professionalism, knowledge of Food Safety and their Company as a whole.
