The Toolkit for the Primus Standard is not associated with any particular certification body.  It is a public domain-type tool for those who are developing a food safety program under the Primus Standard.  CCI and other legally franchised certification body's use this tool for the basis of developing food safety programs.  Primus Standard audits conducted by CCI accept this tool.
